Stacy's Excavating

TESTIMONIALS
I wanted to give a huge Thank You to Stacy’s Excavating! We have a very old basement , that I refer to as our “creepy” basement, that we could not get dry! We made a call to Carson to come and see what we had going on. He was so polite and very prompt . He called me or my husband each day, to let us know when he was coming over to start working, and if anything was needed, besides what we had agreed on. he asked us if that wound be ok and explained to us, why we needed it. He worked in my basement for a week, and had great guys working with him! I cannot describe to you what a great job he did! It was a difficult and dirty job. He or his workers, never complained and always took time to answer our questions. I am attaching a couple of pictures so you can what he did. I am sorry for the quality of the pictures, no windows down there, but you can see the work. My basement is dry! We had not seen the concrete dry in so long, we couldn’t believe it! If you have basement problems, or an old basement like mine, that is wet, do not hesitate to call Carson ! You will be glad you did! I highly recommend his company. I give him a 10 star rating!!! Thank you Carson !

Replaced the discharge sump pump line with 3 inch PVC pipe that ran from the house to the backyard
My basement sump pump shut off and had to be reset. It was then noted that the sump pump discharge line was not draining completely. The water would run and then back splash up against the house. I asked the HOA who the neighbors were using and I was given serval names. I also checked angie's list and only one was on the list. I went with Stacy's because they knew the neighborhood, the price was right and I liked their honesty. It is a father son business and they also have very experienced staff they bring with them. They were careful with the bobcat and did hand shoveling around irrigation pipes. They worked from about 2pm -7pm . They had trouble locating the county tile for hook up and when they did they took time to point out the drainage issue and what it
was clogged with they also made sure there was flow before they hooked up my sump discharge with the countyone. They also made a "j hook" at the sump pump exit from the house for any overflow of water should there be ablockage in the system to prevent water from going back into the basement. They even let my grandson have a
"photo shoot "on the bobcat
