Crew Leader/Driver
Job Description
This position calls for a leader to run daily installation production for an Erosion Control company. Candidates with experience in silt fence are preferred, but we will train the right applicants. The crew leader must be committed to working equally with the people on your team to ensure properly executed installation and implement day to day preparations.
Key Accountabilities

Ensure all load lists for the next days work are completed at the end of every day

Operation of and strong knowledge of bobcat and installation tools

Ensure all job-sites are kept clean
-
Project knowledge
-
Assist in education for crews in the maintenance industry

Supervises and coordinates employees work to ensure quality of workmanship

MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

Pass a drug screen
Laborer/Construction Erosion Control
Job Description
We are looking for a crew of efficient, safety-minded Laborers for commercial and residential construction development. We implement sediment controls such as sediment basins and silt fences. We have long-term work available for the right candidates.Applicants should have some construction knowledge and access to reliable transportation.The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
Laborer responsibilities and duties

Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain

Dig pits, trenches and foundations in preparation for job site construction

Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles

Identify utility lines
-
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
-
Back-fill trenches and pits when necessary
